Overview

Insta Notion Feed connects your Notion database to a real Instagram-style feed preview.

It allows you to visually display posts, carousels, Reels covers and Stories exactly as they would appear on Instagram, directly from the content you manage in Notion.
Your Notion database remains the single source of truth, while a shareable, client-friendly preview is generated automatically.

Changes made in Notion (images, captions, order, status) are synced in real time to the preview.
Clients can review the feed on mobile or desktop without creating an account, leave comments on posts, and approve content in a simple, intuitive way — without ever opening Notion.

This integration is designed to bridge the gap between structured content planning in Notion and effortless content validation for clients.

How to use

1. Connect your Notion workspace and select the database used to plan your Instagram content.

2. Map your database properties (images, captions, publication date, content type, etc.).

3. Generate a shareable preview link that displays your content as an Instagram-style feed.

4. Share the link with your client — no login, no app, mobile-friendly.

5. Update content directly in Notion and see changes reflected instantly in the preview.

6. Collect comments and approvals from clients, synced back to your Notion database.
